Annual Sports Day at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Jhargram
The Annual Sports Day of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith (Primary Section), Jhargram was celebrated on 24th December 2025 at the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Playground. The programme began with oath taking followed by the National Anthem, creating a spirit of discipline and unity among the students.
Swami Vedapurushanandaji Maharaj, Principal of the school, presided over the programme as the Chief of the Programme. Students from Classes I to IV enthusiastically participated in various events including track races, Musical Chair, Number Race, and Orange Race.
The prize distribution was conducted by Principal Maharaj, Brahmachari Maharaj, and the teachers. Among the four houses, Yellow House (Dr. Abdul kalam House) emerged as the overall winner and received the winning trophy.
The event concluded successfully, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and joy among the students.
